I pointed out answers to my team and also shared with them what I have found out in the Eco Hunt. I had learnt to be independent. I knew how to take care of myself and tried to help others when in trouble just like during the jungle trekking activity. I will advise people to care for the environment and also must remember that everyone's effort count. When I planted my one first ever tree, I felt very happy. It is because I have brought a new life to the world.

Planting tree on our own is fun. Although planting tree made us all very dirty, but it was our first experience, so it will always be an unforgettable part of my life. Chew Wen Jun 5Fascinating I have learnt that we should keep the forest clean, so that the trees can grow well. We should help one another.
Lee Shin Neng 5Glorious
The campfire activity was one of my favourite. It was a beautiful scene when the fire was burning. There were performances perform by some groups. I had lots of fun. It was an unforgettable day for me. We must have team spirit and be cooperative. The members in the group must care, help and encourage each other. I will tell my friends and family members about my camp and encourage them to reduce, reuse and recycle.

The camp was fun. We had Eco Hunt, Jungle Trekking and Tree Planting… I was so glad that I went there. My favourite activities were the jungle trekking and the campfire. During the jungle trekking, I was bitten by mosquitoes almost ten times, but I was not bothered. The campfire was beautiful!

Phylicia Ku Jing Rou 5Fascinating

During the camp, we had an activity where we were blindfolded. Now I know what it is like to lose my sight. I felt all alone in the world. Now I know how it feels without our parents and we must listen to them all the time.
Reinhard Tan 5Fascinating

When we reached the Botanical Forest, I had mixed feelings. I was happy because we finally made it there. I was sad because there were insects and annoying mosquitoes . The activities helped me to overcome fear.

Today, on the 8th of April, my school West View Pri Sch went to Malacca for camping.I was very excited. I looked forward to this day. I enjoyed the night activity the most. We are all blind-folded for the game. One of the trainers told us that this is how the blind people survive. Next time, when I see any blind people, I will try my best to help them. Hajaratih (5 Creative)I felt excited and kind of scared when we were waiting to cross the river. Some of the peoplehad crossed it and it was challenging. I enjoyed the camp fire too. We sang campfire songs and performour dances and cheers.

Today, the first day of the P5 camp, was an excitement to me. I started waking up at about 1 a.m. and I woke up every now and then....The activity I like most is the night walk. We were blind-folded using ourclean T-shirt. I was half asleep while walking with my group...This activity showed that friendsand senses are important, especially to the blind.oup 3

The blind folding game is beneficial to my team. I learnt how the blind people feel. During the team game, I learnt to cooperate with each other. Planting trees was environmentally friendly. We helped to plant trees so that the forest will have trees grown nicely and give out more oxygen. I will help to raise awareness about the environment by not littering and wasting papers.

I will plant more trees and take care of the trees. I will water the plants everyday and tell my family to take care of plants.

Little Thoughts
1. I think that our trainer Miss Kerenia is very kind and pretty. I have fun in the night activity because I learn that if we lost our eyesight, we will have to depend on our surroundings around us. I learn that the tree is also having some illness.

Be My Buddy

This year I am in Primary 3. I had been assigned to buddy with a pupil from class 1 Fascinating. I will take her to the canteen stall to buy her food.

After she had finished her meal, I took her to the toilet and play at the courtyard. She always like to go to the bookshop and buy things.

One week later, she was still the same. I told her to buy food alone without my guidance. Actually I was behind many people so that i can spy on her. After a few times, she can handle herself without my help to buy food and now she is used to school life.

But still she always go to the bookshop everyday just like me when I was in Primary 1.

My experience as a buddy to Primary 1

Hi! When I heard that I had to take care of the Primary 1 pupils, I was scared as I don't know how to take care of the younger people. My buddy is from 1 Glorious. Her name is Kerlyn See and she is very cute. When it was the first day I had to take care of her. Her mother was there. I taught her how to buy food and she bought a bowl of noodle. Her mother gave me a packet of potato chips but I refused to take it. She likes to play hopscotch with her friend during recess while I go to the library.
